Here at the Property Group, we are a family run firm with offices in Aughton, Lancashire and Wakefield,Yorkshire, and have extensive collective experience in the home building and construction industry. Established over ten years ago, we have undertaken projects in the sales and rental sectors, with both conversion and new-build schemes, both in the U.K and abroad. We at the property group pride ourselves on providing a quality product at a quality price, and continue to maintain this vision.

What we've done...

In the past decade we have completed residential developments ranging from detached executive homes, to 25-unit apartment schemes, to Tuscan Villas. In total, we have completed developments with a retail sales value in excess of £14m, and have a sales record on these of over 95%, with a small amount of stock retained for rental.
